Inspection - $150
Each service begins with an inspection, which includes examining the flue for creosote, using a camera system.
We also ensure that the damper is functioning correctly and, if accessible, climbing onto the roof to inspect the cap.
Cleaning - $250
*Price includes Inspection
If creosote is detected in the flue, it is advisable to have a cleaning done to reduce the risk of chimney fires and increase the efficiency of your fireplace.
Cap Replacement - TBD
If the cap is found to be damaged or missing during inspection, we recommend replacing it to avoid animals nesting in the chimney or gaining access to your home.
